Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment Terms:

All sessions, courses, and services offered through 9D Abu Dhabi are managed under the Art of Happiness - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. trade license. By booking a session or purchasing a course, you agree to the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. Payment Terms

- Payments for Sessions and Courses: Full payment is required in advance through the payment sections provided on our website. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the payment has been successfully processed.

- Payment Arrangements: If you wish to arrange payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or installments, please contact us at [email protected] or reach us on WhatsApp at+97156 963 5103.

- Secure Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed throughStripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

- Currency: All payments are processed in AED or USD. Please ensure your payment method supports these currencies.

- Late Payments: If a payment fails or is disputed, the appointment will remain unconfirmed until the issue is resolved. Please contact us immediately if you experience payment issues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are handled with consideration of scheduling and preparation efforts. The following terms apply:

- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

- Cancellations made within 48-72 hours before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the session once without any additional fees.

- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a 25% refund or the option to reschedule the session once with a rescheduling fee of 10% of the session cost.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The full session fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided. However, you may reschedule the session with a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, the payment will be non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.

- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a session, the remainder of the session will proceed with the time left. The session will not be extended, and the full session fee will be charged.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your session under the following terms:

- Rescheduling 72 hours or more before the session: Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost.

- Rescheduling within 48-72 hours before the session: You may reschedule once without any fees. Any additional rescheduling within this period may incur a 10% fee.

- Rescheduling within 24-48 hours before the session: You may reschedule once with a rescheduling fee of 10% of the session cost. Any additional rescheduling within this period may incur a 20% fee.

- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session: Rescheduling is allowed with a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative fees.

Special Offers:

Specials, rewards, and vouchers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Courses, Mentorships, and Facilitated Sessions: These offerings are subject to specific refund policies provided at the time of booking.

Art of Happiness reserves the right to unenroll clients from online courses, mentorships, or programs and release them as clients without a refund in cases of disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

Special Circumstances

Art of Happiness - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C., as the managing entity for 9D Abu Dhabi, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Additional Terms

- Special Offers and Promotions: Specials, rewards, and vouchers cannot be combined with other offers under any circumstances.

- Client Behavior: Art of Happiness reserves the right to unenroll clients or discontinue sessions without refunds if there is evidence of disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
