Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, and transactions are managed by Art of Happiness under the following policies:

- Cancellations: Please provide at least48 hours’ noticefor any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you arrive more than15 minutes late for a session (requiring a minimum of 45 minutes to complete), the full session fee will be charged.

- Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, necessary administrative fees will be deducted before processing the refund.

- Special Offers: Specials and promotions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Specials (including rewards or vouchers) cannot be combined with other offers under any circumstances.

- Facilitated Sessions, Mentorships, and Online Courses:
